You Don't Have To Have The Perfect Words. You only Need to Be Willing To Stay.
YOU CAN SAVE A LIFE!
Most of us freeze when someone we know is in serious psychological pain, afraid we'll say the wrong thing, or make it worse. The 3R Training turns the fear of not knowing what to do into the steadiness of knowing how to help. In hours, not years, you'll learn to recognize the signs, respond confidently, and refer someone to the help that can save a life.
CAN I DO THIS?
There is a "want to" inside your question. You want to help, and the answer is yes, you can!
HOW CAN I DO THIS?
The 3R Framework will guide you into replacing fear with skills and confidence.
